The NOC provides help and support to the users of the University's data network and telephone network. On the NOC pages you can find a full description of the services offered, detailed instructions on how to use these services and how to set up your computer, as well as a number of frequently asked questions and answers (FAQs).

In case you have a problem and cannot solve it by yourself, contact the NOC through the online helpdesk application, where you can report the problem you are experiencing. Problem reporting will be automatically forwarded to administrators for resolution. Describe in detail the problem you are experiencing, your credentials, and any other information you consider necessary.
